重庆市医师协会医学科研实验室建设与管理专业委员会第一届实验室信息化与实验技术学组委员。长期从事临床转化与前沿基础研究,聚焦细胞工程、干细胞、类器官、基因编辑与肿瘤转化研究。构建从样本处理、细胞培养、基因修饰到功能验证的全链条细胞技术平台,支撑临床疑难病理诊断、个体化治疗与转化医学研究:
血液与免疫细胞技术
主导免疫细胞高效分离与体外扩增体系优化,熟练运用流式细胞术完成高精度分选与表型鉴定;结合免疫荧光、组织化学,实现复杂微环境内细胞精准定位与定性分析,为病理诊断提供关键形态学与分子依据。
干细胞与再生医学
建立人脐带血、脐带间充质干细胞标准化分离、培养、鉴定体系,满足临床级细胞纯度与活性要求;开展人 iPS 细胞重编程、长期培养与定向诱导分化;成功构建人 / 猪子宫内膜类器官模型,为生殖医学与药物筛选提供三维体外模型;建立生殖细胞玻璃化冷冻保存技术,显著提升珍贵生物样本复苏率与存活质量。
肿瘤与基因工程技术
完成多种肿瘤细胞体外稳定培养与功能鉴定,支撑药敏筛选研究;运用CRISPR/Cas9 基因编辑,实现人 NK 细胞、猪胎儿成纤维细胞定点遗传修饰,增强免疫细胞抗肿瘤活性,为异种器官移植提供基因工程细胞株。
技术整合与临床支撑
融合细胞生物学、分子遗传学、病理学技术,有效支撑科室在疑难病理诊断、个体化治疗、前沿转化医学等关键方向的科研与临床工作。
主持省部级、国家级子课题等3项,以第一 / 通讯作者在国际主流期刊发表多篇高水平论文,参与研究发表于Nature等顶刊,涵盖卵母细胞成熟、胚胎干细胞、生殖生物学、动物育种与营养等方向。
