教授，博士生导师

从事临床病理诊断、教学、科研工作35年，主要从事脑肿瘤、淋巴造血系肿瘤、妇产科肿瘤及优生优育的临床病理研究。主要特点是促进了免疫组化、原位杂交和基因测序等分子病理学技术个体化疗及靶向治疗的应用。在外检肿瘤病理特别是淋巴造血系统病理诊断和骨髓活检病理有特长。

在国内新开创了临床病理基因组检测(基因测序、片段分析、实时定量PCR)，荧光免疫杂交项目(FISH)等新的分子病理项目70余项，支持了外科、内科、妇产、血液、心血管、老年病和中医临床的科研及临床检测。新开展了骨髓活检、皮肤病外检、眼科外检、男科外检等中西医临床病理诊断项目，创办了大众基因网站，开办了两届国家级继续教育学习班。

一．高校任职2004年在南京中医药大学中西医结合临床病理副教授.；2007年南京大学医学院外聘病理学教授，2025年受聘重庆大学医学院2023级本博班教授。

二．学术任职：

曾任中华医学会江苏省病理学会委员，江苏省抗癌协会病理分会委员，南京市病理学会副主任委员；国家卫生部分子病理质量委员会（PQCC）第一届第二届委员，中国民族医药委员会精准医疗分会副会长，病理学诊断组组长单位。

目前担任中国民族医药学会精准医疗分会荣誉副会长

三．承担项目：获批APECK-RAS中国区中心实验室和美国Lifetechnologis中国生命科学研究基地挂牌和国际合作大肠癌kras基因突变研究，应用全基因组测序、全基因组CMA芯片、二代基因测序、一代测序、微卫星片段分析、实时定量PCR等技术检测病理基因项目400余项，临床检测签发积累各种分子病理病例4000多例，创研40多种各类别肿瘤全基因组病理报告系列，遗传性肿瘤和健康基因组软件，为10多家国内医院培训建立临床病理基因实验室和人才，2008年以第一负责人中标江苏省高校优势学科重大科研课题1040万元，2006年获批国家973课题、国家支撑计划，中医药管理局等10多个课题，发表SCI等国内外论文200余篇，获有专利和知识产权20余项（见扫描件附件），培养博士毕业3人，硕士毕业3人。
